Review content:
This bank allowed someone to cash a stale dated check I had written to him over 20 months ago. I thought I had put a stop on the check, but maybe I didn't. When I asked the VP of the bank why they did this, she said they don't look at the date. She didn't care. I ended up taking the person who cashed the check to Small Claims, and I won. I got all the money back, plus some. The judge said I should have taken the bank to Samll Claims too.
