Review content:
Both my friend and I had horrible experiences. It seems that they charge you huge amounts of money for not doing ANYTHING!! I brought my car in due to my cv joint. Next thing I know I my bill is $1800 for the cv joint, a tune up and some other details. Well a couple of months go by and I'm having the same problem. I took it in again and showed them the warranty, so they fixed it again. That is they say they fixed it. Another couple of months go by and the warranty is up. So I go to another shop. They tell me that I did not get a tune up within the last two years and that my cv joints were never fixed. I ended up only paying another $200, which it should have originally cost. The same thing happened to my friend. She just took her car to another shop and they told her the same thing. After paying $1200 at Bucaro's, she has to pay another $730 to actually have someone fix the problem. DO NOT GO THERE!!! This place should go out of business. They deserve it. They rip people off.
