Review content:
They ruined my pants and would do nothing about it! I brought in a pair of Cache jeans with leather trim that needed hemming. I specifically said they cannot be dry cleaned (as stated on the label) or pressed. She wrote that on the ticket. I picked them up and when I got home I went to put them on and the legs were stuck together. They were pressed. Then when I sat down all the snakeskin leather pealed off. These were $218 Cache pants. I called them immediately and she said she would send them to the people who cleaned them and get back with me. Ten days later I didn't hear from them so I called. They said because I didn't look at the pants before leaving the shop they would do absolutely nothing. I paid $218 for the jeans and $21 for the alterations. I am considering going to small claims court because it is just unfair. Do not use this cleaners.
