While vacationing in New York City the last October 2006, my husband and I rented a car from IMAGE Car Rentals New York in NYC New York. To keep a long story short, I won the trip so all the arrangements were pretty much made for us, keep this in mind. We got off the plane and headed for the area labeled Rental Cars. The location was outside, which was fine, and we sat on a wood bench to wait for the big green bus to the holiday Inn Hotel take us to the JFK Holiday Inn Lobby office. I'm here to tell you that we didn't wait more than 6 minutes! Literally! The bus driver actually got out of his seat to help us load our luggage and he even smiled! (You don't see that very often anymore, especially in New York City) :-) We kept the car for 3 days and returned it in Kennedy Airport JFK NY. We simple pulled up behind a line of other ""returns"" and got out to unload. A very friendly lady with a small computer in her hand came over to confirm our information. She entered a few numbers, like mileage and all that, into her unit and said, ""Thank you."" Again, we're thinking this is too easy! IMAGE Car Rentals New York really did make it very easy for the traveler, professional or not. They were very courteous and friendly. I would gladly rent another car, truck, SUV or whatever from IMAGE Car Rentals New York.
