IMAGE is First Class!!! For my birthday I really wanted to do something very special for myself! I live in California, but was traveling to New York. When renting a car I thought it might be nice to really go first class and in style! I discovered Image Rent A Car online and was very impressed with the large selection of vehicles that could fit most any ones budget that was looking for a luxury experience!! However, what truly was the deciding factor was the service representative Jose Rosario!! Jose was so very professional, efficient, kind and courteous!! He helped me to choose the perfect car to fit my needs and budget!!!! And time does not permit me to expound on how great it felt to pull up to my friends in a luxury car in so much grace and style!!! When I arrived to the airport, Jose was there to pick me up on time and my car was set and ready to go!!! I enjoyed the service so much that I will be returning and will be renting again next week!! Recently we took 34 students and teachers on a trip back East from the West Coast to study Early American History. I want to specifically thank Jose at the Image Rent a Car center in Newark, New Jersey and in New York City. I've been renting with Image Rent A Car since 2008 at their JFK Airport Jamaica,Queens office.I've rented a luxury van (Excellent Vehicle) and this year I rented a Sprinter van for a family reunion in Atlanta,Georgia. I had 6 adults, 4 children, lots of luggage,coolers and chairs with room to spare.The TV/DVD player kept everyone entertained except for me the driver.Herbert at the JFK location was pleasant as always and definetly goes that extra mile with customer service.I will continue to use Image Rent A Car for their great service and hopefully i will get to rent that BMW M6 convertible one weekend this summer. While vacationing in New York City the last October 2006, my husband and I rented a car from IMAGE Car Rentals New York in NYC New York. To keep a long story short, I won the trip so all the arrangements were pretty much made for us, keep this in mind. We got off the plane and headed for the area labeled Rental Cars. The location was outside, which was fine, and we sat on a wood bench to wait for the big green bus to the holiday Inn Hotel take us to the JFK Holiday Inn Lobby office. I'm here to tell you that we didn't wait more than 6 minutes! Literally! The bus driver actually got out of his seat to help us load our luggage and he even smiled! (You don't see that very often anymore, especially in New York City) :-) We kept the car for 3 days and returned it in Kennedy Airport JFK NY. We simple pulled up behind a line of other ""returns"" and got out to unload. A very friendly lady with a small computer in her hand came over to confirm our information. She entered a few numbers, like mileage and all that, into her unit and said, ""Thank you."" Again, we're thinking this is too easy!
