I just returned from a 3 night stay @ the Starlux. My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the 2 renovated Airstream trailers. While it wasn't cheap, it was totally worth it. Very kitschy. The trailers, which are surprisingly spacious, are kept across the street from the main building, but you still have access to everything the Starlux offers, including the pool, which I must say looks bigger in pictures. For the days I was there the pool area was very crowded. It was hard to find a lounge chair! That aside, I highly reccomend the Starlux. If you're looking to spend a little extra, it's worth it! And kudos to the staff. The lock on our trailer was stuck. We mentioned it at the front desk and, even though it was a Saturday evening, maintenance was called and the problem was taken care of right away.
Pros: wonderful staff, location, airstream trailers
Cons: small crowded pool, location
