If I could give minus 4 starts to this company I would. These people are total slumlords!
They are a nightmare to deal with. Whenever anything has broken in my apartment, I was told that it was my problem, because it happened on my watch. The owner is inhuman. One of the tenants in the buildings ceiling is completely covered in mold, and she will do nothing to fix it.
I heard that someone was evicted in the building for complaining to the health department. Somone else has complained about bed bugs and was told it was their problem. It's sick how these people will take your money, act like they're doing you a favor by letting you live in their fu!*ed up building, and treat your worse than you would treat your pet, when you dare to complain about it. Do not rent from these people! I wish someone warned me before moving in that the place would be a total slum. The greed and inhumanity of this company disgusts me!
