Had a group business lunch here the other day. Right up front I was concerned with the conveyer belt system...but I thought we should give it a try. Service is FAST...not only do you just pull things from the belt when you see something you like, but you hit a button and a waitress is there in moments. That said, I watched the same piece of mackerel surf the conveyer belt for over 2 hours. No, it was not swapped out. Yes it looked sweaty and nasty...and no telling how long is was there before and after we left. Sushi was OK, price was great. However, I'm no fan of bargain basement parachutes or bargain sushi. Go somewhere else. I would bet money that the 4pm $1 sushi happy hour special is done with the leftover sushi...ick.
