Blue C Sushi is very good. I have been four times now. The head chef Mr. Miura is very traditional and knows what he is doing. I laugh at anyone who says the quality is just ok. Talk to Mr. Miura and have him explain the ingredients he is buying...much higher than what Kaiten bars in Japan buy, for sure. I recommend the crab gunkan and spicy tuna hand rolls. Very good.
