Review content:
We were excited at the prospect of eating at Ted Turner's signature restaurant and were expecting a strong competitor to Mortons. We were disappointed and frankly surprised by the meal/experience. While the staff was super friendly... (we ate at the bar)...The food took a really long time and it was only after we enquired about its where-abouts that the bar tender said.. oh let me check and then arrived back with a plate that was clearly sitting for a while and was getting cold. During the long wait, we were told seperately that the baked potato was off, and then the subsitute sweet potato went AWOL, so when we opted for the mashed potatos, we were not feeling very confident. They did arrive with the cooling steak. The steak was very good however but did not merit the $30+ price tag considering the overall 'packaging' it arrived in i.e. the ambience/experience etc.
Pros: high end interiors and friendly/homely staff
Cons: the FOOD!
