Considering how TERRIBLE my experience was with All Seal, I find the overwhelming number of 5 star reviews suspicious. Someone by the name of Jay came by my house to do an estimate. When the sub-contractor showed up, he quit, said he didn't realize he would have to go up stairs. I contacted the owner because Jay couldn't be bothered to respond by phone or text. The owner came by, looked everything over, hired someone else, they show up the next day - say the amount of work involved wasn't worth it for what they were getting paid, they even offered to do the work if I got rid of All Seal, but that isn't how I work. So that was twice that the company had representatives show up to look over the project and fail to communicate what was needed/required to the subcontractors. They either don't know how to do an estimate, or do not have good enough relationships with the sub-contractors to keep them happy or just have bad sub-contractors. The only positive thing about this experience is my deposit was returned when I demanded it - maybe proving this company is not entirely a scam. Not only would I never recommend this company, but I would go out of my way to tell anyone needing paving/concrete/whatever to avoid All Seal at all costs.
