Review content:
This is an awesome place to get married. We did the internet special which was ceremony and reception up to 50 people on a weekday was $4,500. Now I think it is 5k.
The day went perfect. The ceremony was beautiful and went as smooth as possible, the food was great, cake was good, flowers were beautiful, and the reception was a blast.
The only problem I had was it was a nightmare trying to get a hold of Felicia! I know she is very busy because she is great but it would have been nice to get my questions answered quickly during this stressful time. I would call and constantly it would go voicemail and it would take multiple voicemails AND emails to get a call back.
I called her once to tell her we changed our groomsmen and asked if she would give me a quick call letting me know she updated our paperwork. A couple days later, no call. I sent an email asking if she heard my message, she said yes and told me she changed it. Right before the reception, the DJ comes out to make sure he had the correct names before he introduced everyone and he starts calling out the old groomsmen! Thank god he did or that would have been very embarrassing!
It also took over a month to get our $800 refund check (for the security deposit and bar minimum fee). It took multiple calls to finally get that taken care of.
I was pretty nervous because I felt the entire time I didn't have a lot of communication with this place but the day of my wedding I realized I had nothing to worry about the entire time. Everything was under control and the day went more perfect than I could imagine. (It still would have been nice to be reassured throughout the months leading up to the wedding)
Overall I would recommend this place, but if you need immediate assistance I would suggest going down there and waiting to speak with them in person.
