I paid a lot of money to have my wedding here! I paid for over 170 guests and was not satisfied. The DJ messed up on the announcement of my husband and I for the grand entrance by calling him a girls name! Really I paid how much money for you to mess up on the announcement of my husbands name and even worse you called him a girls name. My cake was leaning. The service sucked, the wait staff was so very inexperienced, I was embarrassed by my guest complaining about not getting any refills on their water. Soda, juice, water, coffee, and tea was suppose to be included with the price I paid, yet several of my guest were charged for these items. One of the waiters stepped on my dress and broke the button for my bustle so I was stuck carrying around my train slung on my arm for the rest of the night! They did not have my champagne on ice and even worse never uncorked it for the toast, someone in my bridal party uncorked it and served it to my husband and I. The DJ sucked! Did the money dance in the last 30 mins of the receptions when everyone had already left. The ceremony was beautiful and not a single mistake was made, and the wedding planner Felecia is absolutely amazing but that it the only thing going for you! I had my wedding over 6 weeks ago and no one has responded to the complaints, horrible customer service! Would not recommend for the reception, ceremony only!
