all 7 of my bridesmaids came in to Twirl to be measured by the ""professional"" twirl girls for their bridesmaid dresses. A bride who is getting married the week after me and who ordered the very same bridesmaid dress for her bridesmaids called me to say that all of her dresses came in a size too small on all 5 of her girls. When I called Twirl to change the dress sizes 2 months before they were supposed to arrive, Twirl stated that the order had already been processed and not to worry about the small dress sizes. Well low and behold the dresses came in and all 7 yes all 7 were a size and a half too small. Rather than taking responsibility for mis measuring all of the girls the manager stated ""the measurements don't lie"". The manager this time decided to re measure the girls and found that all of them had a different measurements from the ones that were taken back in December!! Basically what she said was that ALL of the bridesmaids had put on weight in 6 months!!! Absolutely crazy! The manager of this store needs to get a clue and learn how to provide customer service and ALSO learn how to fess up when a mistake has been made. Twil refused to pay for any of the alterations. ALL in ALL 12 bridesmaids were measured incorrectly! These employees need to go back to school to learn how to measure appropriately!!!!! I wouldn't even give this company one star!! This company only cares about the bottom line and that does not involve caring about their customers!
Pros: Thankfully the dresses came in a week early
