My problem with this store started after I placed my order and paid for it, the ""manager"" charged me more than what I got. After I pointed out his mistake he proceeded to try to fix the ""system glich"" and became irritated after I refused to sign the reciept for the transaction for which he overcharged me, one of the other ladies there tried to help him out but he became more aggravated and started being rude to the point where his associate apologized to me and was trying to fix the situation (hence the 2 stars). Long story short, the manager was really rude and offensive and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes just to get the difference back...that is all he had to do but instead he made a big deal out of it and even called the head offices. After I pointed out to him that as a ""manager"" he should be a little more customer friendly and courteous (mind you I waited patiently without making a fuss) and that his associates were nice and classy ladies his voice started rising and he started pointing....exactly what I was trying to convey to him on how he shouldn't act. Poor guy I don't think he had a clue that AGAIN he was proving to me what he shouldn't do as a manager! As I said before the other ladies in the store were super nice but the ""manager"" was a moron.
