I drop-off my puppy with specific instructions for the groomer. AND, the groomer had ensured me that my dog will be ready in time for me to catch my train back home for the weekend.
It took the groomer 5hours just to groom my 5lbs puppy. And now, I hardly recognize my dog AND I missed the off-peak train AND the groomer was so VERY RUDE when I complained.
Eric is exceptionally rude, very dramatic and didn't even offer to give any discount or offer an apology...the owner had to apologize for his behavior.
I really don't think I'm going back there, though their other groomer- May did a good job the last time.
Pros: The owner- courteous
Cons: ERIC- the Groomer from hell
