In response to the last review, I would like to add my two cents. I was actually in the booth next to the people who wrote the last review and overheard the conversation that took place between the manager and the customers. I specifically heard the manager not only apologize and buy them a round of drinks, but ask the customers what he could do to bring them back for another try. The response, If I recall correctly, was something along the lines of ""there is nothing you can offer us, and were never coming back."" To this the manager apologized again to no response. I agree that our service could have been better, but I am a regular customer and this place usually never dissapoints. The cozy atmosphere, nightly specials and great entertainment have kept me coming back since this place opened last September. I highly reccomend The Happy Ending to anyone who enjoys a great time and good food, which apparantly the people who wrote the last review do not.
