Review content:
I took my daughters and some of their friends here for a weekend camping trip. It was such a clean park! We canoed down the Brazos River, and then rode the air boat back up to the camp. I think we went about 7 miles down. The air boat ride was exhilarating and FAST!! At night, we sat around with some of the other campers and just enjoyed the peacefulness of it all, and the beautiful starry sky above.
They have fireworks for sale on some holidays, and also put on their own fireworks show. Make sure that you call for reservations, as several families have their annual family reunions there, and the park is packed!!
They also have inner tubes for rent, if you are not canoe-friendly.
Day passes are also available.
We had a blast that weekend!
