Review content:
The instructor for the class, Anna Sabatino, was great. I liked the way she dealt with the parents for the opening class - really has great energy and a lot of it! And my daughter loved her for the driving classes. But, I'm not so happy with the rescheduling policy. I made an appointment for my daughter to drive with Anna and had to move it due to a tournament she will be in. I cancelled 3-weeks ahead of time and was told that if the time isn't filled I will be charged the $25. I find this outrageous for a company to do. If I happened to pick a time that is not normally used, why should I still be responsible for it? Sorry, Anna - my daughter may not get as many hours with you because I won't signup until I know she will be free without any chance of rescheduling.
