Review content:
I have eaten at nearly every Indian restaurant in the Houston area. Nirvana is one of the two Indian food restaurants that I return to over, and over, and over. I order so much from Nirvana that when I call, the staff know me -- and my order -- by heart. It has all of the charm of a local neighborhood establishment with the quality of an ""uptown"" eatery. The owner and staff are helpful (if you don't know what to order or want to try something new, they're great at assisting you in making a choice). The food is excellent. The restaurant can be crowded at lunch, so try them at dinner if you want some personal attention. Also, consider their Monday night buffet if you're trying them for the first time - it's a great way to try a variety of things at one time. I highly recommend Nirvana!
Pros: Excellent Food, Easy Parking, Friendly Staff, Happy to entertain food accomodatons (spicier, less spicy, no this, no that), Good portions, Awesome Monday evening buffet
Cons: Borderlines on being a little pricey but oohhh so worth it. If budget conscious, try them during the lunch or Sunday/Monday dinner buffet
