I've finally found a restaurant to have REAL SUSHI in austin. The staff was very knowledgeable and accomodating in making sure I had a great time at sushijapon. I would definitely recommend the beef tataki appetizer ,served rare with ponzu sauce.the lobster roll was ichiban. I will definitely be going back to sushi japon to get my weekly sushi fix!!
