Review content:
I have dined out at plenty of places in town and around the US. This is possibly the finest cuisine I have ever tasted. I think the tasting menu is the way to go, so you get to see the incredible flavors that Kevin Binkley dreams up. The duck I had was (hands-down) the best food item I have ever tasted. Everything was done to perfection, including the foie gras, sweetbreads, lamb, snapper, and desserts. The decor is very nice for this spot way up in Cave Creek. Even though it is way out there, make sure you have reservations, and plenty of money. This won't be a cheap meal, but all of the food is fantastic. The menu changes nightly, however, there should be something on there for anyone. I highly recommend this place for anniversaries or someplace to take someone special. I can't say enough about the place. The servers are knowledgable and attentive. The portions on the tasting menu seem small, but believe me, they pack plenty of taste, and you will be full by the time you leave. There are also plenty of little treats in between each course if you get the tasting menu. A couple that we got were a taste of sweet potato soup (exquisite), apple water with candied fruit and blueberries, and chocolate truffles at the end of the meal. Bring a refined palate to enjoy such tasty morsels, and you won't be let down. Pros: Everything is good. Food, service, ambience. Cons: It isn't cheap, but food this good never is.
