I am willing to bet that the customer service at your local state prison is better than what I received at Shotgun Dan's! My fiancee, friend and 4 young children had the worst experience ever here. The waitress who we rarely saw charged us for 2 items that we did not order. We explained that we did not order this and the manager who I am pretty sure was stoned out of his mind told us either we pay for everything or he calls the cops. I told him I am happy to pay for what we ordered, but not for the other items and once again we were told either pay or he will call the police. The employees were standing near the door as if we were going to make a run for it and the manager had an estranged look in his eye, having the 4 small children with us I decided to pay quickly and leave this extremely hostile situation. If your in Little Rock please eat at US Pizza, Pizza Hut or anywhere else, but I beg of you do not eat at Shotgun Dan's unless you brought your bail money!
