Review content:
Without a doubt THE WORST restaurant meal ever! I ordered the scallops and certainly expected an edible meal but.... they were swimming in clarified butter and sitting on a bed of pureed bitter peas. A little flower was thrown on top to disquise(?) how unapetizing they looked. I am not going to complain unless it is absolutely necessary however after one small bite it was impossible to imagine actually eating what was presented unless a gun was held to my head. Of course, I complained and sent it back but, the attitude of the wait staff was less than cordial. They offered to get me another entree but I would have been eating by myself and they never apologized. My companions, all 4 of them, felt their meals were adequate but not outstanding in any way. It was our first time and will certainly be our last. A free meal could not entice me to venture into that place again. It is curious how a restaurant of that stature and price level could possibly imagine serving such a horrible dish. Possibly a new chef from a local high school?
