Review content:
This was the third time I'd used A Better Tripp. The first was a move of our household goods to storage, the second was the move from storage to our new home. Both flawless, quick and painless.
This move was some of our factory equipment to storage. I was particularly concerned about one piece of very heavy equipment that was sitting on an industrial table top. I talked to the folks at A Better Tripp, gave them the weight and information and they suggested four men and a truck.
They arrived on time and started to work. It took about 15 minutes of standing, talking, and walking around the equipment before they formulated a plan to get it off the table and onto their truck.
The plan worked without a hitch, they dollied up the gear and put it into their truck and proceeded to grab the rest of the (lighter!) equipment that we needed to move.
Total time was 3 hours, which when added to the 1 hour trip charge still cost less than cost would have been to have a fork lift and driver delivered PLUS I got the rest of the items moved at the same time.
The only break they took was one ten minute stop at a gas station on the way from the factory to the storage, which I thought was reasonable.
I've moved half a dozen times with a half dozen movers in the past few years and hated Every. Single. Mover. *until* I found A Better Tripp.
