Review content:
It was by far the worst meal that I've had at a Houston restaurant ever. I ordered the Veal Paillard , it was over cooked and drenched in salt and pepper. The cook treated the veal like it was a rough cut of steak. The accompanying roasted potatoes I think were roasted the day before and left out to dry. The fried asparagus (yes fried) was undercooked and the coating was mushy. My dinner companion did not fare well either. Ordering one of the dinner specials that was described as, ""snapper topped with lump crabmeat on a bed of spinach"", arrived fried (yes fried snapper-actually deep fried not even pan fried) with the fins and bones. The coating was too thick and mushy as well, with a measly quarter size portion of spinach. And something that looked like a hush-puppy. Just not like La Griglia used to be!
