Amazing! This place is great.. I brought in a ring that i purchased from Kay (Never go there! Absolutetly horrible service and bad craftmanship.) I had my ring (White gold) for about a year and then it cracked for no reason at all and a chunk fell out. (Turns out it was a bubble) I was so upset. I did not even want to bother going to Kay to get it fixed because i knew they would charge me a ton and do a horrible job fixing it. (I had a diamond fall out of the same ring and brought it back to kay's to get it fixed. I wanted to cry when i saw it..abosolutley horrible.They smashed the prongs and did not polish it or anything.) Anyways, i brought my ring to this place, and the service could not have been better. They were sooo nice and helpful. I got my ring back in 2 days and it looks perfect! He even tried to fix the prong that Kay had ruined. Great price too! AWESOME place :)
