I haven't been here for a while, because I've moved out of the area, but I really do miss it. Whenever, I crave Mexican I have fond memories of eating at Ninfas. This is true Tex Mex at its best. The thing I miss the most is the cheese. I know it sounds simple and silly to say, but when you can't find that perfect melty gooey cheese with just enough greasiness to make it super good - you realize how great it really was. I will always make it a point to eat a Ninfas every time I come back to D-town. Oh, and the story behind Mama Ninfa's is very heartwarming, too.
