I evacuated to Houston due to Hurricane Katrina from Louisiana. Feeling not so pretty and under the weather. Went to The Upper Hand Salon were Trish made me feel beautiful! Being a Licensed Stylist myself but not practicing at this time, she gave me one of the best hair cuts of my life. You actually her feeling as if you received a hair cut not just nipping the ends or a hacking. Thank You hope to visit again under better conditions. You are the best!!!
