Review content:
They were hired for a wedding and their service was amateur and unorganized. They thought it was perfectly within the contract to still be setting up tables as guests were arriving and for the bartenders to not ensure they had all their supplies ready and available for guests. The food was served late, items were not replenished in a timely fashion, and the head server threatened the bride to cut her cake before she could gather her groom, family and photographer together as well as they did not serve cake to the guests or to indicate it was now being served. They were not interested in hearing about the issues after the fact. The food is well prepared and unique - but, I wouldn't risk for a precious event like a wedding.
Pros: Unique food and well prepared
Cons: Poor management and service when it counts!
