What I needed first was the moving supplies, because I have no time to buy all the things, the guy on the phone told me that the crew was going to bring all the necessary things for the packing step, and after packing they crew was going to be in charge of organizing things by rooms and areas. It was a complete service I got from them and I can tell that it was a very nice and professional moving assistance, they were efficient during all the process and they charged a fair amount. Thank you
