Review content:
I guess my experience with University Palms Dry Cleaners started off OK, considering I just took them a few dress shirts the first time. How hard could that be. The second time around I trusted them with a little more expensive clothing. I'm sure everyone knows Ed Hardy clothes dont come cheap. When I went to pick up my two Ed Hardy shirts the neck lines were ridiculously stretched. not sure what machine they use to dry clean t shirts but it ruined my shirts. I was not able to speak to the owner because he was not there at the time and when I returned the next day with the t shirts still the way they were given to me, he simply said there was nothing wrong with them in his opinion and refused to refund me any money. I also discovered later after getting back home that one of them (green in color) had an odd stain on the back. You could easily tell that it was stained and then covered up with some green paint or pen (totally differnent shade from color of shirt). I did not even waste my breathe or consider going back to argue again. Let me be specific as to the location: In the Publix shopping center at the corner of Alafaya and McCulloch Rd. DO NOT ENTER!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Cons: ANYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF
