I had a bad experience with Univeristy Palm as well. I took some pants and blouses to get dry cleaned and when I went to pick them up, I was missing a blouse and a pair of white dress pants had a stain on them that was was not there when I droppped them off. When I showed the stain to the owner of the store, he told me that the stain was there when I dropped them off and they were unable to remove it, that is why the stain was still on the pants. I just wanted my clothes washed and pressed. The shirt that was lost, he denied as well. I agree, the owner is very dishonest business and I will never go there agin. I'm new to Oviedo, and the dry cleaners is next to UCF where I live and go to school. I hate to hear someone else had an awful experience as well. I was not refunded any money for the service because he claims he was not at fault.
