Review content:
At first I was encouraged to hope I'd found a knowledgeable, empathetic dental practice. Not so. I had an appointment for a deep cleaning, a necessary procedure and, at first, I thought I was in good hands. The first hurdle, of course, was my signing a waiver stating that the treatment was not guaranteed, there might be complications, swelling, etc. Then there was a clause about a possibility of ""cardiac collapse."" What was that?! As a layman, I thought of ""heart attack,"" but if so, why not just write this out. To be safe, I asked not one, but TWO of Neshan's staff members and NEITHER OF THEM COULD ANSWER MY QUESTION! They were willing to have me sign a waiver but could not tell me precisely what risks I was agreeing to run. The receptionist went as far as to shrug and say ""I don't know!"" as if I were asking her something so far beyond the ordinary.
