I will never go to this shop again. I brought my car in for an oil change and was told I needed a new gasket for my valve cover box. I got the work done. Three days later I had to pay another mechanic to replace the same gasket. The old gasket was not removed completely and the new gasket was installed improperly. I went back to Kwik Kar and was connected to a manager by telephone(there was not a manager at the actual store). He hung up on me while I was explaining the problem. I paid $160 to learn never to go to this shop again.
Take your vehicle to Kwik Kar only if you want poor customer service, poor workmanship, and to give away money.
