Review content:
I went to Kwik Kar for my annual inspection. I didn't pass since I had my check engine light fixed the same day. The manager told me that since I didn't pass, DPS required him by law to remove my UNEXPIRED inspection sticker. I asked him to show me in writing the law that requires him to remove an unexpired sticker. He then told me if I get pulled over to just show the officer my inspection report and everything would be fine. He was never able to prove his story.
