The worst experience ever! Went in to get a couple of months tanning, came out with a 2 yr contract. A young girl who did not understand the contract herself sold it to me. She told me that I could cancel it with a 30 day notice. UH, NO! When I called the company the accountant told me she was ""sorry:)"" but there was nothing she could do...When I asked to speak with the supervisor, she said there was none, just her. I called back and asked for the owner and was told by Monica Jackson at the home office that the accountant is the boss and she tells the owner,Hoyle Belt, what to do. This is the worst place with the most unfriendly staff. They can't wait to get you in and take advantage of you!
