Review content:
THERE IS NOTHING MORE FRUSTRATING THAN PAYING FOR SOMETHING AND NOT GETTING WHAT YOU PAID FOR!!!!! I am DISAPPOINTED with my first and last experience with Jimmy's Serious Sandwiches. I placed my order; which was one of 3 orders and a total of 7 sandwiches. When I got all the way back to my office and opened my box my order was incorrect. I did what anyone would do and called them. I was not rude, but I was asked to bring my order back and exchange it. I was asked if the ticket was rang up correct and it was. Service is very important especially with today's competition. I will NOT return to this place for myself or the company I work for and order for. I would have probably been happy with an apology, but I didn?t get that and I am the one that paid money for something I didn?t order. We all know that stinks especially when you are pressed for time with meetings and conference calls and not able to get out to return an order. You shouldn?t have to get back out. Go somewhere else!!! Not to mention the value is not worth what you get. I paid $11 for a sandwich and two sides that I didn?t order, but it was rang up the way I ordered it. I would question the sanitation as well since I was asked to bring my order back to exchange it......YUCK!!
