There was a glitch in the order system on Eat 24 that caused my order to be altered and over charged. Not a big deal and i'm not complaining about that. What was terrible was the customer servic experience from Nick and the other Sunday evening manager at Dagwoods who preferred to waste my time explaining that it was an Eat 24 problem and NOT thiers. They would rather pass the buck. Eat 24 and Dagwoods have a business partnership. If one partner makes a mistake the TEAM makes a mistake. At one point the manager told me to take it up with Eat 24 and would have washed her hands of the problem had I not obected to the poor customer service. Finally she agreed to charge the original amount. But she hung up on me preffering not the hear me ask her no the pass the buck. Denial and blame shifting is no way to manage a business or deal with a customer.
