The staff here (I've only been to the S. Lamar location) are quite unfriendly and don't acknowledge their customers' presence even when we're standing right in front of them. That is a HUGE pet peeve of mine...when staff don't say hello or make eye contact with you or say anything else to you other than how much you owe them. I definitely wouldn't shop here if it weren't for the great selection of products and the awesome specials they always seem to have (such as buy a conditioner liter, get a shampoo liter free). The store is messy and I almost tripped on a few of the things that a staff member had left out on the floor. Get rid of the stuck up, better than thou attitude and you'll have more customers--it's as simple as that.
