Review content:
This place is convenient and has an excellent selection of products. Their return policy is great in theory, but having to deal with rude service people when you return something almost makes the policy not worth it. (What's the point of having this policy if you're just going to stare down the customer, act all judgmental, and act like you might not accept the return?) Every time I go in here, it seems like there are several more staff members than necessary - they're never busy - but instead of rushing to help a customer, they continue to gossip amongst themselves. When they do take the time to help you they cop an attitude as if you're greatly inconveniencing them. They're also very judgmental (""why do you want *that* ew"" is not something i expect to hear from a salesperson.) Their product recommendations are also sub-par - they don't seem very knowledgeable beyond what they themselves use. Management is rude to both the employees and the customers. Bottom line - buy things online for cheaper and forget about the return policy. Buying beauty products shouldn't leave you frustrated or upset.
