This is a gem--a fabulous, hip, non-pretentious, stylin' dining spot in Belltown. The food was fresh beyond imagination. The SALMON crostini was melt in your mouth delicious, presented beautifully and the small plate portion was not disappointing. The BUTTERFISH... how to even start-- think Butta (in the fashion of the Sopranos) so delicate but also earthy with the magical combination of english peas done just right & morel mushrooms, my mouth is watering just recalling the elegance of this superb dish. I have to mention--you must start with a Hanky Panky, the kind served up in a martini glass-- dreamy mixology. Now back to the food, if you like mussels, oh my, I had some good ones-- they were big & meaty, cooked to perfection in a delicious sauce which my mate & I shamelessly lapped up every last drop. Sorry no room for dessert but the experience was tremendous. Love the ambience with the overhead black & white picture show & the many windows framing our lovely city. And I would be remiss if I did not call out the outstanding service. Excellent. Thanks Spur & See you next time!!! Pros: Food, Cocktail menu, Food, Ambience Cons: n/a
