Review content:
I work the 11pm-7am shift at a local hotel in North Austin and I was elated to find out that there was a delivery place that stayed open so late. I must admit despite the amount of bad reviews that they had gotten from google up until this point I had not had a bad experience with them. But on 4/01/2009 at about 1:30am I called and placed an order for a large BEEF pizza, it got there swiftly and I did not even look at it b/c i had so many good experiences with them before. Well, when i opened the box it was a pepperoni pizza w/ little burnt pepperonis on top. Before i started to eat i called to let the manager know, and he told me that i order a pepperoni pizza b/c he was the one that took my order, even though i know i did not order that b/c i do not eat pork but he informed me that they use beef pepperoni so i did not argue. but once i started to eat the whole experience got much worse. It was like eating card board. it was cold and it was the worst pizza i ever had to pay for. on top of that we paid 32.00 for it.
Pros: open late
Cons: not willing to admit they screwed up
