Review content:
Just ate at the Green Mesquite tonight (Monday, August 10, 2009 at 9:25pm) and paid $11.08 for my meal and left a $3.00 cash tip. Paid for the meal ($11.08) using my Wells Fargo check card. I came home and did my usual routine of checking all transactions coming and going in my Wells Fargo accounts. Whoops! My waiter, listed on the receipt as ""Brian"", ran $13.30 on my credit card. I suppose leaving a $3.00 tip on an $11 dollar meal was not enough for him? It seems someone felt the need to charge another $2.22 on my credit card when I very clearly totalled it out as $11.08. I""m giving everyone in Austin a serious heads up. This is the second review I have ever written in my life but, if I am not mistaken, this is against the law. I plan on going over there first thing tomorrow morning and reporting it. Obviously, it's not the $2.22 that is the real problem but the principle. Watch out for your credit card receipts once they clear...make sure the amount matches. Pros: like the location Cons: my waiter rang up an extra tip....beware!!!!
