I wanted blonder highlights for the holidays, I got Ben. Like I said I wanted highlights. Ben told me I could get blonder if I bleached out all of my hair. It scared me and then he also added it would be blonder, faster, and cheaper. I just wanted to be blonder. I did not ask for it to be cheaper or faster, I know that highlights take some time. Well, needless to say I was in the salon untill after it closed (so much for being faster). I had to go back the next day to have someone else fix my mess. My hair will be forever trashed, now, it fells like one big gummy mess. It sill is not fixed I had to go back twice to fix it and have had tons of condtioning treatments. So, my faster, cheaper service has not been cheaper or faster. DO NOT go that route. I DO NOT USE BEN.
