I've been a customer for some 15 years at Visible Changes at North Star Mall, and I've always had the pleasure of being served by some very talented hair stylists. Over the years, it's become less about styling my long flowing mane and more about keeping me cleaned up around the ears and collar. My current stylist Melissa Ann is truly a competent and confident professional, who approaches my every visit as another opportunity to improve on her previously exelllent service. A stickler for detail, Melissa Ann purposely and deliberately approaches my haircut and style as a singular moment that deserves her every attention. Always upbeat and attentive, Melissa Ann proceeds on a pace that is respectful of my time, but never rushed. She makes me feel that I'm the most important person in her seat for the duration of my appointment. If you are searching for a great haircutter/stylist who is worth every penny, and then some, look no further than Melissa Ann.
