Visible Changes has really CHANGED the way I treat my hair. I have been to Tony and Guy, as well as to REGIS. I was paying good amount of money to have my hair the RED i wanted. I had to return to these salons every 3 weeks to have it redone because it would fade from red to copper. I HATE COPPER. After spending $200 every 2-3 weeks I decided to go to VISIBLE CHANGES after it was highly recommended. I gave the place a call to find out prices. Whoever answered the phone gave good detail on price ranges. Tired of going to people who had no idea what COLOR RED is i decided to go with the top of line hair color profressional. When I got there i was treated like a paying customer. Very nice and professional. They let me know who I would be seeing ( CHRISTINE) and had me change. Despite the fact that I was 10 minutes late, they still saw me as soon as I got there. When I met CHRISTINE AU, I explained what I wanted done to my hair. At the time my hair looked like a beat up tomato. Different colors of red mixed in with black. Christine took the time to explain what she wouild be doing to my hair. SHE DIDN""T LEAVE ME. She stayed with me during my hair color and did not start another customer until she was done with my hair. My hair now is black with RUBY RED lights. I LOVE MY HAIR. Not only did I pay less than what I typically payed at the other locations, BUT i have not had to return. I have not been back in 2 months because the color is still VIBRANT and BEAUTIFUL.. I work for a health care facility and deal with patients all the time. I get compliments on my hair on a daily basis. I have recommended several friends to this location and they too have had nothing but good remarks on VISIBLE CHANGES. CHRISTINE explained she use to be a red head for some time and expalined to me what to do on how to make the color last and what to use to keep the color fresh. CHRISTINE YOU ROCK!!!! THANK YOU FOR MY HAIR COLOR AND FOR UNDERSTAnDING WHAT I WANTED!
