Review content:
This was our second pool. River Oaks Pools impressed by redesigning and incorporating our ideas, but the staff we dealt with were very inexperienced. This led to many issues in the planning process, which led to delayed construction. We liked that they did not try to sell endless upgrades, but also wished they had informed us better about different options. If you choose to build your pool with them make sure you read the smallprint and confirm the contract states the same spec like the proposal (we found some things had changed). They did not deal with the HOA. Customer Service was well below average, but we do believe that their contractors are good quality workmen. Overall we were disappointed with the service we received, it did not live up to River Oaks Pool's reputation and promises, but happy with the end product. However, we would not use them again. This company is not what it used to be.
