I am Charles Kelly, founder and owner of Computer Exchange. Thank you for the nice reviews. And, yes, we are the oldest retail computer store in the area. We repair almost a thousand computers a month and build the best computer you can buy. We employ 25 people, most of them college students and they are very good at their job. We charge about half the price of the other stores. We repair laptops, sell new laptops and build custom rigs. We do alot of onsite home and business service and we basically turn flips for our customers. If anyone EVER treats you poorly at one of my store, get in touch with me, its very, very easy. Call the washington rd store or e mail me, charles@computerexchange. We will do everything within our power to make you happy and we are very good at doing just that. So many stores come... and then go.. its easy to start a computer store... its much harder to follow up and make all those customers happy. Well, its been fifteen years and so far we have made you guys happy. Please review us well and if you are inclinded to give a poor review, consider contacting me personally so that I may have a chance to make it right, not because I dont want a bad review, but because....
