Review content:
I waited for 2 hours on the toll for my stupid roadside service that never came. I called Triton just to see if they were on my roadside plan and they weren't on the service so I would have to pay. Well I said I would give the other service 30 more minutes and call back. About 20 minutes later here comes a truck behind me. I get out and to my surprise IT WAS TRITON. I said ""Hey you said you weren't taking my roadside service"" to which he says ""I'm not I just wanted to check on you."" Well he stayed there with his lights on while I waited. Now after 3 hours with no roadside help I told the Triton man to just take it to the shop. He Loaded me and my car and took me to JC auto in Round Rock which paid my tow fee and gave me a ride home. The nightmare was the waiting for something I pay for on my insurance that is basically worthless when you need it when I could have paid $75 and been gone in 20 minutes! Nightmare avoided. I no longer order the roadside program for $200 a year. I know who to call.
